Dr. A Clinic Policies



1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

  2. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind. 

  3. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

  1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  2. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  4. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


1. Domestic Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipment processing time


  1. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  3. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  4. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  5. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


1.2 Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You should receive your item(s) in 7-14 business days.


1.3 Shipment method


We use either Standard Postage or Express Postage. 


  1. Shipping cost will be displayed upon purchase, cost varies for different postal codes/ area of delivery. 

  2. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


1.4 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


1.5 Customs, Duties and Taxes


Dr. Ariel Chang Clinic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


1.6 Damages


Dr. Ariel Chang Clinic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.




1. Who We Are

Dr. Ariel Chang Clinic Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. : 1337789-A) (KKM NO. : 231401-09843-11) is a certified healthcare centre that provides various treatments in : General Medicine, Aesthetic Medicine, Skin Diseases, General Wellness, Regenerative Medicine, and Women’s Rejuvenation


2. Prohibitions

You shall not use any automated systems or software to extract data, commit a criminal offence, encourage a criminal offence, transmit or distribute virus on this this Platform for any purpose. You shall not post any cruel or unkind material on the Platform, including contents in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s propriety rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed throughout the platform. Any breach of this provision would constitute an offence under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998. In the event such breach occurs, Dr Ariel Chang Clinic will report the breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and appropriate legal action will be taken.


3. Terms Of Sale

3.1 Registration

  1. To place an order, you must register with us by creating an account on the platform. You must only submit to us information which is accurate and true. You must also keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes through the platform.

  2. You shall create multiple user accounts on the platform.

3.2 Formation of a Contract

  1. The information set out in the Terms and Conditions and the details contained on this Platform is not an offer for sale but rather an invitation to treat. No contract shall exist between you and us until we have shipped the products to your address; or until you have picked up your order from our store.

  2. To submit an order, you will be required to follow the online shopping process on the platform. After this you will receive an order confirmation which will act as an acknowledgement of your order.

  3. An order is only considered accepted by us upon your order being shipped to the delivery address provided by you. If you choose to pick-up your order (self pick-up), an order is considered accepted by us upon pick-up of the order. 


3.3 Price and Payment


Whilst we do our best to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appear on this platform are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order before we have shipped it to you, and you have already paid for your order, you will receive a full refund.

  1. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST and are in Malaysian ringgit. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed during check out.

  2. We are under no obligation to fulfil your order if the price listed on the platform is incorrect (even after your order has been acknowledged by us).

  3. You can pay using any of our payment partners listed on our platform.

  4. To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, we encrypt your card data. Once we receive your order, we will request pre-authorisation on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds available to complete the transaction. Order will not be confirmed until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once we have sent you the order confirmation. Cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.


3.4 Mistaken Orders


If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the platform, please contact +603-77333391 or +6018-3893321 or immediately. We will try our best to process your request.


3.5 Refusal of Order


We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this platform at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Platform. We will make our best efforts to always process all orders but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an order confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.

If we cancel your order and you have already made payment for your order, the payment amounts will be fully refunded to you.

We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this platform, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this Platform or for refusing to process or accept an order.






Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)


Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (hereinafter referred to as “PDPA”), Dr. Ariel Chang Clinic Sdn Bhd  (hereinafter referred to as “Dr. Ariel Chang Clinic”, “our”, “us” or “we”) is mindful and committed to the protection of your personal information and your privacy. This Personal Data Protection Act 2010 explains how we collect and handle your personal information. Please note that we may amend this Personal Data Protection Notice at any time without prior notice and will notify you of any such amendment via our website or by email.

Personal information means any information which relates to you and/or your company and which was collected or provided to us for the purposes stated in Section 2 below.


Your and/or your company’s information may in the form of, but not limited to name, contact details, address, bank account details, telephone number, credit card details, business details or any other information stipulated by the PDPA.


2. Purposes of Collecting and Further Processing (Including Disclosing) Your Personal Information

You and/or your company’s information is collected and further processed by Dr. Ariel Chang Clinic as required or permitted by law and for the following commercial purposes:


  1.  to administer and give effect to the commercial transaction;

  2.  to process any payments related to the commercial transaction;

  3. provide you with information, products or services that you request from us and any incidental purposes;

  4. to contact you regarding products, services, upcoming events, promotions, advertising, marketing and commercial materials which we feel may interest you;

  5. to improve the products or services offered by us; 

  6. to conduct internal marketing analysis and analysis of consumer pattern and choice;

  7. to notify you about changes to our products and services;

  8. to ensure that the content from our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your devices;

3. Disclosures and Transfers of Personal Information
